By purchasing access to our digital products, including but not limited to The Fck Up List*, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Digital Access and License Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to stream the content for private, non-commercial use.
Restrictions: You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, or publicly screen the content without explicit written permission from Lorentzen Film ApS.
Account Sharing: Your login is personal. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of access without refund.
3. No Right of Withdrawal (Refund Policy) In accordance with EU consumer law and international standards for digital goods:
Consent: By purchasing digital content on sepiamoon.com, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the service.
Waiver: You acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal (refund right) is forfeited as soon as the streaming commences or access to the digital content is provided. All sales are final.
4. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed on the website. For EU customers, prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
5. Technical Requirements You are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection and compatible hardware/software to stream the content. Lorentzen Film ApS is not responsible for local technical issues, ISP outages, or device incompatibility.
6. Limitation of Liability Lorentzen Film ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the digital product.
7. Intellectual Property All rights, titles, and interests in and to the content (including scripts, video, audio, and branding) remain the exclusive property of Lorentzen Film ApS. Any unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Regardless of your location in the world, these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively by the Danish courts.
